Brakes

This class will cover the setup and maintenance of hydraulic disc brake systems. We will focus on the brands we stock (Hope, Magura, Sram and Shimano) but the principles can be applied to many other brands. We'll look at pad replacement, centring, lubing pistons and the principles of bleeding

Tubeless

This class will cover the setup and maintenance of mountain bike tubeless systems. We'll look at rim prep and taping, sealant, valves, inserts (eg Cushcore) and tyre fitting and removal

Suspension Setup and Care

This class will cover setting up your suspension (fork and shock), including what each adjustment is actually doing and when to use them. We'll also cover how to look after your suspension to get the best performance and prevent wear and damage. If you're able to bring your bike and riding kit we will get you all set up!

This class will cover the basics of looking after your mountain bike including pre-ride checks, identifying issues, monitoring wear and regular maintenance. We'll look at what you should be doing every ride, every few rides as well as every few months.
