Overview
The Dreadnought is a lot like its smaller brother the Druid, with a rather magical suspension setup that gives the feeling of even more travel than the bike actually has. This is a true Enduro bruiser, ready to take on big hits on your local hills, or strapping on a race number for a weekend!
Go for this bike if you’ve come from downhill but want something to pedal around, or you’re the type of hard hitting rider who runs big rotors and downhill tyres on their “trail” bike. For folks wanting something lighter and more involving, the Druid may be a better bet.
2025 Forbidden Dreadnought Build 3
Build 3 is where things kick off for Forbidden, but it’s by no means an entry-level spec! The new Sram cable drivetrain has given leeway for Forbidden to upgrade the suspension compared to 2024 versions, an approach we applaud.
