New demo bike - Forbidden Druid!

Yup, we have a new brand and a new demo bike to go with it!  Partly for a bit of variety and partly to remind everyone that it's still a great option - we've built this up with Shimano M8100 XT drivetrain.

Our Shimano tech rep Rich was overdue a catchup visit, so while he was here we bribed him with a brew and tasked him with the build.  

Rich brought his box of race support spares along too, which was a really handy reminder of just how rebuildable Shimano make things.  Got a sticky clutch?  Give us a shout!
