18 Bikes is a bike shop in Hope, in the Derbyshire Peak District. We’re surrounded by hills that are just perfect for mountain bikes - but that’s not all we do!
As a proper bike shop with on-site workshop, we add lots of little extras that most retailers don’t. We tape wheels for tubeless use where appropriate, tap/face and ream frames before dispatch and any complete bikes are properly unpacked and checked before dispatch rather than sent out as supplied from the distributor.
We have our own framebuilding and wheelbuilding offerings and can also offer a custom build service on the frames that we sell - please get in touch to discuss a quote or two.
We run a demo fleet to help prospective buyers to decide on a bike model, why not try a bike on our great local trails? In addition to this, we run regular demo days where a brand will turn up at the shop with an extensive fleet - perfect when we don’t have the model or size available in store.

The shop is located on the main road through Hope, opposite the Woodroffe Arms pub. We have bike racks (with locks) inside our lobby downstairs and the shop is located upstairs.
